I think this post will get many of us rethinking the importance of our work and changing priorities. I totally agree with what you said about learning from the lost deals. The third point is very sincere, and I believe many of us would love to end some relations that seem not valuable and cause too much stress. Unfortunately, it is often the case that we can't just cut off those "negative" clients, because the decision about letting them go is not ours. That's why I think it's so important to keep looking for the value both we and our customer can draw out of sometimes bumpy cooperation which causes a lot of stress, but also brings invaluable experience and teaches us resilience in the long run.
